(all services including driving test, fitness test, RC delivery, DL biometric). Walk-in
applications will not be entertained except for emergency cases.

Existing DL / RC (if renewal / update)
Form printout of application submitted online
Fee payment receipt (Bharat Kosh)
Two passport-size photographs
Medical certificate — Form 1 / 1A (if applicable)
PUC certificate (fitness related visits)
Valid insurance copy (RC visits)
Please reach RTO 15 minutes before slot time. Late arrivals will be re-scheduled.
